She has been asleep for 25 weeks due to the winter!
Ever since Asami had woken up from her long deserved sleep the guardian of spring had been thinking over alot of new things from these past few weeks of Spring.
When she was first woken up Asami was somewhat startled seeing that some of Jack’s “unwanted” snow was till on the ground. The snow was suppose to be gone by March 20th!!! But it seemed to the neko that Jack decided to make the snow last alittle longer (To Asami’s unpleasant surprise.)
So until the snow melted, the guardian decided to go back to sleep once more until it began to warm up.
This didn’t go well with Mother Nature.
But she allowed Asami to sleep a little longer (Thank the Moon!)
After running around after her second awakening she immediatly had went to work helping Mother Nature when the changes of the seasons. It was her duty as the Guardian of Spring to bring the plants back to life, and to make sure things went smoothly. After her duties were done the young woman decided to change some of her appearance. Everyone else seemed to change around her since she had woken up, so why shouldn’t she?
Grabbing sewing materials and other essentials she quickly went to work on making a new dress for herself. Don’t get her wrong the simple purple dress she once worn was nice and simple but this was a new year! Asami needed something new and more..feminine.
Sew and lace.
Pin and Tuck.
Measure length and width.
Crap! The colors don’t blend well!
New colors now!!
Few days and a pricked fingers later Asami finally accomplished her new look. Trying on the dress the neko looked at herself carefully at her reflection from the pond. No holes in the dress ad everything seemed to fit together, but her tail and ears seemed to be too much for the dress. Letting out a small sigh she placed her right middle and thumb finger together quickly snapping her fingers. On command the ears and tail disappeared in thin air without a trace.
Pleased by this Asami smiled to herself looking at the reflection once more seeing a more pleasurable result. Not only did she look good but she looked more like an adult than a teenager. Must have been the ears and tail.
With her head held up and a confidence boost the Guardian of Spring set off from her territory to familiar places. Perhaps she will visit her friends or the other Guardians. Before leaving she picked a white rose and placed it right above the bow in her hair before disappearing into the forest.
